H&R coilovers represent the pinnacle of sports suspension development, as they are designed for the most demanding drivers who expect the best handling from their car. This is made possible by the extensive racing experience of H&R, which is actively involved in developing sports and racing suspension across all forms of motorsport.

H&R coilovers consist of dampers with integrated main and helper springs. This type of suspension system is also found on almost all racing cars, including F1, as besides excellent handling it also allows height adjustment.

H&R produces two lines of coilovers: H&R Mono-Tube coil-overs and H&R Twin-Tube coil-overs.

The H&R Mono-Tube Coil-overs series is among the most widespread H&R suspension systems, as it is distinguished by excellent handling.
The dampers work on the same principle as in H&R racing suspension (upside-down technology), which gives outstanding performance with lower weight. To reduce weight further, the damper bodies are made from high-quality aluminium (some types, see the application list), which also helps to reduce unsprung mass.

The H&R Twin-tube coil-overs series is a new range of coilovers, introduced in 2008, intended for all drivers who want good handling from their car at an affordable price.
The operating principle is similar to the H&R Mono-Tube coil-overs, except that the dampers are made of stainless steel and do not work on the upside-down principle. The H&R Mono-Tube series allows the ride height to be adjusted by 30 – 80 mm.
