The larger intake volume of the E-INTAKE Performance filter, the 4″ intake pipe and the flow-optimised turbo inlet supply the engine with fresh air significantly faster.
The result: noticeably improved throttle response and faster boost build-up. And the best part: the open design significantly amplifies the intake sound – the typical turbo whistle and intake noise become much more audible and give your BMW the sporty sound profile it deserves.
With parts certificate (Teilegutachten) for the intake system in accordance with §19.3 for use in Germany. Combination with other type-approved exhaust systems and HJS downpipes has been tested and is permitted. (For exhaust systems not from E-EXHAUST, a stationary noise measurement must be carried out at inspection to verify that they match the standard specification.) – German document; registration in other countries follows local regulations.
