Strongflex polyurethane bushes, anti-roll bars, mounts

About the products:
The polyurethane elastomer used in STRONGFLEX products is a premium polymer system which, thanks to its properties and technical parameters, replaces the widely used rubber. The strength and temperature resistance of the elastomers are many times higher than those of ordinary rubber.

Main product features:
high elasticity across the whole hardness range,
very good resistance to dynamic loads,
high wear resistance,
wide operating temperature range,
high resistance to tearing and cracking,
resistant to oils, acids, solvents and weather.

Two material types are available – depending on the customer’s preference:
NORMAL version (RED colour) – with a hardness of approx. 80ShA, it is similar to that used by the original vehicle manufacturer, but the polyurethane product provides increased safety, better durability and longer suspension life,
SPORT version / TUNING / RACING (YELLOW colour) – recommended for tuning and racing cars; the suspension becomes much stiffer; used in sports cars.
